Deep in the Jungle
Terri prefers to paint en plein aire whenever possible. Although Missouri provides plenty of opportunities for subject matter along the rivers and lakes, she frequently takes trips for inspiration to the East Coast, especially to the coast of North Carolina and southward to the Gulf of Mexico. She has also recently traveled to Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
When painting on site is not practical, Terri takes many photos that she works from in her studio at home.
